Embarking on her professional voyage with the Rodriguez Group in a Sales Assistant role, Lucrecia moved to ISA Shipyard in 2007, stepping into the role of Assistant Commercial Director. Her expertise and deep-seated industry understanding facilitated a smooth elevation to the role of Sales Manager.
